Ingredients:
• 1x 150g pure beef patty
• 200g of mixed fresh lettuce
• 50g of aged cheddar cheese
• 10g raw red onions
• 15g smoked mayo
• 15g tomato sauce
• 1x sesame seed bun
• 1x slice of tomato
• 200g of chips

Method:
• Cut the bun in two, butter the bun and set it aside for later.
• The meat patty should be room temperature before cooking.
• Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
• Cook the patty (Wesley says Medium rare is the best).
• Toast the bun on a grill.
• Now add mayo to the bottom bun, layer lettuce, tomato and red onion.
• After the patty is cooked to your liking place cheese on top (covering) the resting patty, cheese will melt and the patty will be covered in melted cheese.
• Transfer cheesy-patty to the bun and add the tomato sauce.
• Complete by adding top bun and chips to the plate.
• Lightly spice/season the chips and enjoy.
